TERMS OF SALE
Our regular
terms are cash, COD to established customers. Non-established
customers are pre-paid only. We cannot accept post-dated checks or
hold checks. For your convenience, we now accept all major credit
cards. We no longer offer in-house charge accounts for new
customers.
Non-Warranty The purchaser assumes all risk and
responsibility of transportation, growth, planting, life of stock,
and other matters relating to the stock we sell. We strive to send
out well-grown healthy stock, properly packed for shipment, our
responsibility ends when the plants are loaded on the truck.
Claims Claims must be made within ten (10) days
after receipt of goods. If we have made an error, please notify us
promptly and we will do everything possible to correct the matter.
Prices All prices are quoted FOB Von Ormy, TX.

Ball Sizes
Specifications The ball specifications of our B&B stock
meet the standards of Texas Association of Nurserymen. Larger
sized specifications of the American Association of Nurserymen can
be dug upon request.
Booking for
Spring Shipping B&B Bookings, held until March 1;
filed-potted, held until April 1. All orders released after end of
holding dates unless a non-refundable deposit is made.
